Marco Cavattoni studied at Universidad de Alicante (Spain) for his term with the European Erasmus Project, where he did research for his graduation thesis about shape trademarks in the European case law. He graduated in Law at Rome University "La Sapienza". Subsequently he gained admission to the University study course to get the title of Licenciado en Derecho, and passed his exams in derecho positivo español at the Universities of Palma de Mallorca, Alicante, Valencia and Almeria. At Cavattoni – Raimondi, Marco Cavattoni is in charge of trademarks and design consultancy and litigation extrajudicial and judicial in Italy and abroad.

He has been registered with the Rome Bar Association since 2011 and has been an official “expert in industrial property” since July 2018.
