Copyright

Copyright is the original right of a person as the creator of a work. The protection consists of a series of exclusive rights of economic use of the work (patrimonial rights of the author) and moral rights protecting the personality of the author, which together constitute copyright.

Copyright therefore allows the author to have exclusive use of his works, to claim their authorship, to decide whether and when they should be published, to object to any changes to them, to authorise any type of use of them and to receive the related fees.

Our consultancy ranges from the claim of authorship, to the recognition of exclusive use, the granting of authorizations and licenses to the use and evaluation of compensation for the exploitation of the work.
